NEW SITE IN EASINGWOLD FOR PALLADIAN

Millfield Place will see two four-bedroom detached properties built on the eastern fringe of Easingwold, a short walk from the town centre. A selection of three to five bedroom detached and semi-detached homes will be built as part of the scheme, which will boast open field views and convenient access to both the local primary school (Melbourne Community) and a highly-regarded, family run local pub in The Melbourne Arms. Details of the development will be released in early 2018.

Prospective buyers will now be able to capitalise on the government's Help to Buy scheme when purchasing a Palladian home, the company has announced today. Help to Buy, which offers an Equity Loan scheme on newly built properties, allows buyers to move in with just a five percent deposit. Help to Buy will be available on all future Palladian Homes developments during 2017 and 2018.
